*IMPLEMENTATION OF WORK STRUCTURE FOR THE 2023-2028 PERIOD*

On this occasion we appreciate and express our gratitude for all the support of the people of West Papua for the implementation of prayers for the inauguration of the work structure of 12 departments, missions and functionalities of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua for the 2023-2028 period.
The inauguration was initially planned at the Expo Waena Cultural Park, Jayapura City, West Papua, but the Indonesian colonial police officers thwarted it by carrying out a forced dispersal, trying to provoke and forcing the dismantling of 6 tents at the activity site.
The Indonesian police have also banned and blockaded activity venues by prohibiting Papuans from participating in activities.
However, we inform the people of West Papua wherever they are as well as the international community that the inaugural prayer has gone well in different locations. Leaders of affiliated and non-affiliated organizations, traditional, religious and women leaders witnessed by the people of West Papua have gone smoothly.
The Executive President of ULMWP as an organization is stated in event report No: 02/SE/ULMWP/II/2024 Concerning: Inauguration of the Structural Work Structure of 12 Departments, Mission and Functionality of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua for the period 2023-2028.
"I am Menase Tabuni as President of the Executive Council of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua (ULMWP) today, Wednesday 7 February 2024, at Jayapura West Papua, confirming the structural work structure of 12 Departments, Missions and Functions of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua. Next, let's work hard to save the Papuan people from the threats of Genocide, Ecocide and Ethnocide."
Meanwhile, the Executive Vice President of ULMWP, Mr. Octovianus Mote, said,
"I convey my congratulations and appreciation for this inauguration. Indeed, the actions of the Indonesian government through the police do not show that they are people who know God. But all of this shows the racist character and disposition of the Indonesian government, which does not recognize the humanity of the Papuan people. All of you who have been confirmed today, let's work together to liberate the Papuan people before we are slaughtered on our own land."

2. Decision of the First Working Meeting of the United Liberation Movement for West Papua in Bangkok, Thailand on 11-15 December 2024 which mandated the formation of the ULMWP Work Structure for the 2023-2028 Period, number 01/RAKER-EXECUTIVE/ULMWP/XII/2023.
